the first : I didn't see him when he stole the money but I'm sure he is the thief

the second: I didn't see him steal the money so, I don't know if he is the thief or not

first, If the stress is in I:
I didn't say he stole the money. Someone else said it
second, If the stress is in didn't:
I didn't say he stole the money. That's not true at all
third, If the stress is in say:
I didn't say he stole the money. I only suggested the possibility
fourth, If the stress is in he:
I didn't say he stole the money. I think someone else took it
fifth, If the stress is in stole:
I didn't say he stole the money. Maybe he just borrowed it
sixth, If the stress is in the:
I didn't say he stole the money, but rather some other money
seventh, If the stress is in money:
